Do you offer installation services after selling equipment?

Yes β€” installation is included in our service offering. We provide full on-site installation, system testing and staff training for all products we supply, including antitheft systems, CCTV, access control and POS setups.

Are your eTIMS solutions approved by the Kenya Revenue Authority?

Yes. We supply only KRA-approved TIMS and eTIMS hardware and software. Our team also handles full integration with your existing POS or accounting system, ensuring complete compliance with KRA requirements.

Do you service equipment you didn't originally supply?

In most cases yes. Our technicians are trained to service and repair a wide range of antitheft systems, POS hardware, receipt printers, CCTV and access control equipment β€” regardless of the original supplier. Contact us with your equipment details for confirmation.

How quickly can you respond to a service call?
